Your Visit to Diorama Café Shelter

To help everyone enjoy a safe and relaxing visit, please follow these simple steps:

1. Before Entering

• Please remove your outdoor shoes and change into the slippers provided.

• We recommend wearing socks during your visit.

• Large suitcases and oversized backpacks may be left at the entrance.

• Please sanitize your hands before entering.

2. Check In

Our entrance has two manual doors.

Please close the outer glass door before opening the inner door. Then present your name and reservation at the reception desk on your right.

3. Your Table

Please take the seat assigned by our staff.

4. Enjoy Your Visit

After ordering your drink, you're welcome to relax and spend time with our rescue cats.

Feel free to take photos of the cats as they play among the miniature railways or nap on the diorama.

Treat sessions are held throughout the day whenever the cats are comfortable participating. Please note that snack time may be cancelled depending on their health.

5. Explore Both Areas

After spending some time in your assigned area, you're welcome to move freely between the Diorama Room and the loft.

Please remove your slippers when entering the loft.

6. Before You Leave

Don't forget to browse our souvenir corner near the entrance or try one of our gashapon capsule machines in the Diorama Room.
