Scratches, Bites, and Injuries

Please be aware that cats may scratch or cause injuries.

Inside the café, guests are welcome to interact with and pet the cats. However, some cats may become frightened or uncomfortable and may react defensively by scratching or biting.

As a result, there is a possibility of scratches or damage to your skin, clothing, or personal belongings.

In the event of an injury, our staff will provide basic first aid, such as disinfection and bleeding control. However, we cannot provide compensation for any subsequent allergic reactions, injuries, medical expenses, or damage to personal belongings.

Respecting the Cat´s Feelings

Cats have their own emotions and moods.

If a cat appears uncomfortable, please do not force interaction, wake them up, or attempt to touch them.

Cat Allergies

Guests with cat allergies are strictly advised not to enter the café.

We cannot accept responsibility for any illness, injury, or allergic reaction caused by cat allergies.

Damage or Stains Caused by Cats

We cannot accept responsibility for stains, damage, or accidents caused by cats, including damage to clothing or personal belongings.

While we can provide basic assistance in case of an accident, we are unable to cover cleaning costs, medical expenses, or other related costs.
