Visitor Guidelines

① Please change into slippers.

Shoes may be worn in designated areas.

Travel bags and large backpacks may be left at the entrance.

② Please disinfect your hands and feet with a non-alcoholic disinfectant.

③ The double doors are manual.

After entering, please close the glass door behind you, then open the inner door.

Please show your name and reservation details at the reception counter on the right.

④ Once inside, please sit in your assigned seat.

⑤ Enjoy your time with our cats.

After ordering your drink, please feel free to leave your seat and take photos of the cats playing with the trains or relaxing on the diorama.

Snack time is available depending on the cats' condition that day, so please understand that there may be days when snack time is not offered.
