■ Business Hours
• Lunch: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
• Tea Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Dinner: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Dinner hours will be as follows:
• Regular Business Days: Fridays, Saturdays, and Days Before Holidays
• Special Business Days: Long Holidays and New Year's Holidays

*Details of special business days will be announced on our social media accounts.

■ About Visiting
• Reservations are prioritized, but depending on the facility's availability at each time, we will accommodate walk-ins (walk-ins) whenever possible.

• However, depending on the facility's occupancy and the health of the cats,

you may have to wait or be denied entry on the day.

For this reason, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

■ What to do if you are late for your appointment
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled.
• If you cancel without permission, we may refuse your future reservations.
• Please be sure to contact us if you are late or cancel.

 

■ For prospective foster parents
• Prospective foster parents can enter the facility by making a reservation in advance or purchasing a same-day ticket.

• If possible, we would appreciate it if you could contact us by phone in advance.

We will listen to your concerns and strive to provide a smooth process.

Please note that due to screening procedures, cats cannot be taken home on the same day, except for existing foster parents.

New foster parents will have to reschedule their cat retrieval at a later date.
