Your Visit Guide

To help all guests enjoy a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines during your visit.

1. Before Entering

Please remove your outdoor shoes and change into the slippers provided.

For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask guests to wear socks during their visit.

Large suitcases and oversized backpacks may be left at the entrance.

Please sanitize your hands before entering.

2. Check-In

The entrance has two manual doors.

After entering, please close the outer glass door before opening the inner door. Then present your name and reservation details at the reception counter on your right.

3. Seating

Please sit in the seat assigned by our staff.

During busy periods, we may ask guests to wait or use another available table until space becomes available.

4. Enjoy Your Time with the Cats

After checking in, please relax and enjoy your time with our rescue cats.

Feel free to take photos of the cats playing around the miniature railway or resting on the diorama.

Cats may receive treats throughout the day; however, snack time may not be available depending on each cat's health and condition.

5. Enjoy the Different Spaces

After spending time in your assigned area, you are welcome to move freely between the Diorama Room and the loft.

Please follow the slipper instructions when entering each area.

6. Before Leaving

Before you leave, please enjoy our souvenir corner near the entrance and the gashapon capsule machines available in the Diorama Room.
