(Using a nickname may delay the reservation confirmation process.)

  • Please double-check the number of guests and the date before making your reservation.

  • Seats cannot be reserved or selected in advance.

・Unfortunately, our facility is not wheelchair accessible due to narrow passageways and steps. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

【Reservations, Payment & Cancellations】

  • Reservations are currently available, but advance payment is not required.

  • Payment must be made in cash at the facility on the day of your visit.

  • Therefore, at this time, there are no cancellations after payment or refunds to process.

  • If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

To ensure that each cat receives appropriate dietary and medication management, we have divided our intake capacity into separate groups.

Regardless of age, the regular admission fee will apply for each seat used.
