About Diorama Café Shelter & Visitor Information

Our Hygiene & Safety Measures

The health and safety of our guests, staff, and rescue cats are our top priorities.

To maintain a clean, comfortable, and hygienic environment, we follow a comprehensive sanitation and infection prevention program, including the following measures:

  • We follow established hygiene management and infection control procedures.

  • Floors throughout the café are disinfected daily using a diluted Virkon™ disinfectant solution.

  • Our water-based air purification system operates 24 hours a day.

  • Ozone air purifiers operate continuously to help maintain air quality.

  • GREEN-MATE™ air sterilization and deodorization units operate 24 hours a day.

  • We use a DELPHIN™ water-filter vacuum cleaner to reduce airborne dust during cleaning.

  • Frequently touched surfaces are disinfected regularly with Bio Will Clear™ disinfectant spray.

  • Floors and equipment are cleaned thoroughly, including periodic high-pressure washing.

  • The paints used for our diorama are water-based, natural, and low in odor.

We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and relaxing environment where both our guests and our rescue cats can feel comfortable.

Welcome to Diorama Café Shelter!

Thank you for visiting us.

Before your visit, we'd like to share a little about our mission, our rescue cat activities, and what to expect when you arrive.

Please take a moment to read the information below before entering the café.

How to Enter Diorama Café Shelter

Please have your booking confirmation email or reservation details ready upon arrival. We will verify your reservation, as all bookings must be paid in advance.

Shoes are not permitted inside the café.
Please change into the disinfected slippers provided before entering.

Please wear socks during your visit.
