【当日キャンセルの前払いの返金は致しません】 当日の無断キャンセルが多く、ご予約は前払いとなります。 返金は致しかねます。 ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。 【キャンセルや変更について】 予約日前日までにキャンセル・変更をお願い申し上げます。 メール・TELでもキャンセル・変更を承ります。 【ご来店は予約時間通りにお願いいたします】 極端に早く来られたりする方が時々いらっしゃいます。 その場合はご予約のお時間通りに来られている方のご対応を優先的にさせていただきますので、 ご予約の時間になるまではご対応しかねますことをご了承下さい。 【猫による怪我について】 人に慣れていない猫もいます。 怪我をする場合がございますので、触れるときはお気をつけ下さい。 猫がお客様に怪我をさせた場合、病院代は支払えません。 ただし、怪我に対しては最小限の治療を心がけております。 十分お気を付けください。 ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。 【No offer refunds of payment in advance】 It's many of cancellation on the day without notice, reservation is  pay in advance. We cannot offer refunds. We would appreciate your kind understanding. 【Please enter the restaurant on time.】 We are worried that customer often arrive earlier than scheduled time or coming late. In that case, we can't customers support. 【About Injury from cats】 If cats make customer injured, we can't pay hospital fee. However, we try minimum treatment for Injury.
